1. Subject matter
Go-Around.MA is a marketplace connecting professional vehicle rental agencies with customers. The rental contract is entered into between the customer and the selected agency.
2. User accounts
The information provided must be accurate. Professional accounts are subject to document verification before their listings are activated.
3. Bookings and payments
A request becomes binding according to the status shown in the dashboard. Amounts are calculated server-side from the rate, the dates and the options selected.
4. Cancellation
Pending or confirmed requests may be cancelled from the dashboard, subject to the specific terms communicated by the agency.
5. Liability
The condition of the vehicle, insurance and performance of the rental are the responsibility of the agency. Go-Around.MA provides the introduction, the verification and the digital tracking tools.
6. Vehicle photographs
The agency uploads photographs of the vehicle actually offered for rental, following the six angles required by the platform. It grants Go-Around.MA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce and display those photographs, solely to show them on the marketplace, in booking and contract documents, and in related communications. The licence runs for the life of the agency account and survives afterwards for concluded rentals only, as evidence.
The agency warrants that it holds all rights in the photographs it uploads, and in particular that it uploads no manufacturer, stock or third-party imagery. It shall indemnify Go-Around.MA against any claim arising from them. A listing whose six photographs are not supplied within seven days of registration is withdrawn from the catalogue until it complies; it is not deleted.
